Woodbury Park Dental Surgery Complaints Policy


At Woodbury Park Dental Surgery we like to monitor our service to our patients.  As part of this monitoring we need to understand any concerns or problems our patients might encounter. If you have reason to feel unhappy with the treatment you have received here, please let us know. 

Contact the practice, either in person, by the form below or in writing. Address any written complaints concerning dental treatment to your dentist, or if on a non-treatment matter, to the practice owner Stephen Pearce. When you raise your concerns in writing please provide us with as much detail as possible to help us address the issue you have raised. During any verbal discussions, either in person or over the telephone, notes may be taken as a record. A copy will be available on request.

Most problems can be addressed quickly; if further investigation is required the practice will give you a timescale for a reply.  This would usually be 10-14 working days.  If longer time is needed the practice will keep you informed of progress.

If you are acting as a representative for a patient we require written consent from the patient to discuss confidential notes and treatment. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from us after following the above protocol, you may contact NHS (South East) for NHS treatment, or the Dental Complaints Service for private treatment.
